We picked up our truck on 10/02/2023. At that time the owner stated that the pain shop did not return our marker lights or hood plate / vent, and would also like to provide us the motor for the drivers window that didn't work. He never did bring it to us as promised. And now since addressing some further issues, i.e. the pressurized hose bursting and costing us $900 to fix, and 2 days out of business, as well as the bumper he installed completely breaking loose of our truck while hauling a trailer and bobcat e26. He will not give us these items, or reimburse us the $750 it cost us to completely replace the bumper with a new fabricated and welded bumper. This was extremely dangerous for us and others on the road. Risking not only our business but lives! He was fully aware of what we were using the truck for as it was discussed via text and via phone calls. When addressed with the issue and asked for the $750 he admitted that it was faulty over the phone, he stated that he could tell by where it detached that we did not have the trailer overloaded, which we didn't we were at a **** lb weight, and we were TOLD the bumper and hitch were equipped to haul 10k. In writing, he stated that it was only equipped with a standard bumper. How were we to know "standard" did not qualify for the 10k lb haul load we discussed with him numerous times? He will not reimburse us for that expense, nor mail us / deliver to us the parts that the truck is missing which we purchased and own! We would love to see the return of our parts as promised without having to use a day of work to traveler to ******* and back, and would ultimately like to see a refund for $750 as requested to replace the bumper that he failed to attach correctly. It is faulty workmanship at its finest, and as new business owners we should not be left responsible for others irresponsible work. I have reached out numerous times to no avail since last week.

When building a truck there's always a build sheet with standard equipment and custom options to choose from. The customer was emailed the build sheet prior to the sale. The customer stated they wanted to be able to tow a trailer, they were told on a phone conversation when discussing the build sheet that the truck was not equipped with a tow bumper and needed to be modified. The customer didnt want to pay for the extra option of a tow bumper because they believed they weren't towing anything heavy enough. The Tow Bumper option includes the trailer electrical connection, reinforced frame brace, hitch(pintle hook or receiver) and a thicker steel frame. The customer wanted a way around not paying the extra cost of upgrading the bumper, they were given a universal hitch at no additional cost, however the bumper was never changed to a tow bumper and they were aware. The customer was told all parts had arrived and we needed to schedule a day that we could install them on their truck. When following up with the customer about availability of the parts installation the customer said for the parts to be mailed to them and that the truck was in the shop getting a new bumper fabricated because the standard bumper that came with the truck didn't hold up. We received a picture of the standard bumper off the truck and the customer was advised on replacing the bumper to make sure to follow DOT requirements, they were also asked if they needed us to fabricate the bumper for them but they denied and claimed that the work had already been started. We received an email with a picture of the modification that was done to the truck. The picture shows a plate welded on the frame of the truck with a receiver, hitch and electrical connection not meeting DOT requirements. The customer was told that they aren't going to be reimbursed for the modifications they had done to the truck and the parts couldn't be mailed and needed to be installed by Allcomm Motors or picked up in person.
