Have had my Craftmaster 100 inch sofa for four years or more. It is sturdy I have not one time shifted the cushions around and they are still solid as the day it came here; it is very comfortable to sit on or to lay on; the back Cushions are just a *****, quality is very high. Craftsmanship is excellent.

The couch was purchased at Scheils. We spent over $2500. Worst quality fabric I've ever had for a couch. It began balling/pilling ALL over the couch after only six months.Craftsmaster Furniture, Inc. Response

Purchased a special order Craftmaster Furniture F9 Series Sectional that was delivered June 23, 2021. The leather fabric we selected was the Sutton-41. Had issues immediately on delivery with a few 'flaked' areas in seams and furniture company we ordered it from contacted Craftmaster who sent out colored markers or paste to 'repair'. This has continued with the leather in many more places. Finally contacted the Craftmaster Customer Service on August 17, 2022, advising them of issue - even sent photos. Their response was the item was no longer under warranty and because I had also used a colored maker in an attempt to initially cover up some of the flaking areas there was nothing they could do. They weren't even concerned that they had put a defective fabric on, and sold, a $4100 sectional to a customer. Main response was basically 'too bad, so sad'. Love the style of the couch but will never again purchase any item from this company. Should have stayed with Flexsteel or La-Z-Boy brand.
