My name is ****** they was supposed to fix my car they did not fix it and overcharge me. I put my trust in a company and was manipulated because I was a woman

****** ******, WE REPAIRED YOUR VEHICLE A FEW TIMES. WE ALSO CHECKED YOUR VEHICLE FOR NO CHARGE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. ON OCTOBER 30, 2021 WE REPAIRED AN OIL LEAK FROM VALVE COVER GASKET AND TRANSMISSION LEAK FROM OIL PAN GASKET. ****** CALLED AND STATED HER OIL MANTENANCE LIGHT CAME ON AND SHE WAS NOT DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I TOLD HER TO BRING THE VEHICLE OVER AND LET US CHECK FREE OF CHARGE. SHE CAME ON JANURARY 20, 2021 AND WE DID AN OIL CHANGE BECAUSE WAS LOW ON ENGINE OIL. WE ALSO SEEN HAS HAD MULTIPLE ENGINE OIL LEAKS, WE DEGREASED HER ENGINE AND TOLD HER TO RETURN IN FEW DAYS SO WE COULD PROPERLY IDENTIFY WHERE THE LEAKS WERE COMING FROM. SHE RETURNED ON JANURARY 25, 2021 AND WE PUT HER VEHICLE ON THE LIFT AND FOUND SHE IS LEAKING OIL FROM OIL PRESSURE SWITCH, OIL FILTER ADAPTER GASKET, & ENGINE OIL PAN GASKET. ****** ASKED ABOUT PAYMENT PLAN AND I REFERRED HER TO OUR IN-HOUSE FINANCING TO ALLOW HER TO BE ABLE TO PAY ON THE REPAIRS NEEDED. OUR COMPANY IS RAN BY AND HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM AND THE WIFE IS THE ONE WHO RUNS THE FRONT COUNTER SO THIS WAS NOT A MATTER OF HER BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS A FEMALE.

Do no take your car there. i have had them do so work on my car. They diagnosed the problem however, did not convey finding's till after I had to rerun my car several times. After Dr. Ron driving my car for over 100 miles nd keeping it overnight, there is a still the problem. they told me they had no "history" of my car. You are the automotive specialist, so therefore when you see a problem be prepared to share with the customer of what causes this. there seemed to be NO accountability from them, only excuses to keep them unaccountable. there should be laws that prevent mechanics for using simple technicalities to not accept responsibility for their actions. trust in them is very shoot. There were two technician's that worked on the car, now how do we know their "history!"

****** ***** brought a list of recommended repairs from the dealership and asked us to repair her vehicle. She had never been to our business for service or repairs. We gladly repaired everything on her provided list. She also returned for more repairs. ****** was happy with the repairs performed and returned again because her check engine light came on. We took her vehicle and scanned it and found that her VVT solenoids were not working. The VVT solenoids function off of engine oil and when this repair is performed we always recommend a fresh oil & filter change. She gave us approval and we repaired the problem. This was the ONLY time we ever changed her oil. She left our facility happy. ****** phoned our business and stated her oil light was on and she thinks that we may not have reset it. She came over we checked her oil level and it was at recommended specifications and reset her light. ****** drove for sometime later and she stated her car was driving funny. She took it to the dealership and she had no oil on her dipstick and that she needed to replace her engine.. She proceeded to phone us and was advised to bring the vehicle back to us and let us see what was going on. She picked her vehicle up and drove it to our repair shop. We took her vehicle in the garage. Upon arrival we checked her current mileage and ****** was not due for another oil change for another 1,400 miles. When your vehicle is not leaking oil and you run out before you are due for an oil change this is a clear indication that your vehicle is burning oil and this would make sense why her VVT solenoids were damaged, the car was burning oil and running low on oil regularly.. That is why we agreed with the dealer on needing to replace engine to correct problem. However, since we had NO history of oil changes for her we did not know her car was burning oil, whoever she was going to for her regular oil changes should have been able to note that. So, here we are 1 oil change later and having to explain that she was burning oil. The repairs we performed on her vehicle were professionally performed.
