            US Cabinets Express is complete scam. In March 2022 I entered a contract to redo my kitchen. After several months I heard nothing from them. After repeatedly having to contact the business they eventually delivered to me an incomplete set of cabinets. After more weeks of back and forth they agreed to order new cabinets and get the job done. However this never materialized. The new cabinets were never ordered and no work was ever done. The owner agreed to refund me in full in January and I have still not received my money. I was promised repayment several times and was told that they don't have the money. They wrote me a worthless check and promised cash payments. When the cash payments were missed I attempted to deposit the check as my only form of collateral. The check did not clear and when confronted about the missed payments and bounced check the only response I got from the owner was "You will get your money".

            We hired David in June of 2022 to put cabinets in our kitchen. They had the cabinets and counters installed October of 2022. It is now November 1st 2023 and we still have busted scuffed dented cabinets unfinished. David refuses to send the correct materials needed to finish and even the materials at all that he said he would. This company is a nightmare to work with. They lack communication they lie to their customers and are completely unaware on business etiquette. I find it hard to believe they are backed by the bbb. David's fix for my job was to rip everything out and start over... how that would be in the best interest of either of us is beyond me. If that was truly the case he should just refund me. I have been through so much having to deal with this company physically and emotionally it has cost me. So no I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

            WE ATTEMPTED TO FINISH HER PROJECT BUT WITHOUT BECOMING VITRIOLIC AND DEFENSIVE JUST STATE THAT IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. TO READ HER REVIEW LEADS ONE TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES THAT THIS IS A VERY VINDICTIVE AND HATEFUL PERSON. WE ARE ALL SORRY THAT THIS PROJECT TURNED OUT LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. IF ANYONE WANTS TO DISCUSS THIS REVIEW WITH THE OWNER PLEASE CALL HIM AT 706-483-1161. HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION, SHOW TEXT MESSAGES FROM CUSTOMER AND ALLOW ANYONE TO SPEAK TO OUR STAFF AND WORKERS CONCERNING THIS PROJECT AND THE HOMEOWNER. THANK YOU
