      I placed an order on 12/22/2023 and never received the order. I emailed multiple times and called and left voicemails. I never received a response to any inquiries. This website is a SCAM. Do not order from them. Save your money and time!

      Ihemp sent wrong product multple times and will not send a return label. I have been waiting 2 months now. Be safe and do your research

      This shop is selling vape liquid that is over a year old, claiming it was a “misprint”. I reached out to the juice company, they are unaware of a misprint. When I went to the shop they called me a liar saying I never contacted the liquid company. I showed them screen shots where I had and they still didn’t believe me. I also bought a dangerous vape pen from them that was spitting liquid and burning my mouth. They refused to refund it and told me to find a “real” vape shop.

      Im going to start from the beginning…. Im going to be honest and truthful 100%. First of all we have a 4.9 google review rating with over 350 reviews. We cant do that being a sketchy hemp store just in it for the money. We are a respectable hemp shop in High Point. Never have anyone reviewed us on BBB. When ******* ******* first contacted us she had mention on email that she was very upset that we sold her vape juice and gummies that had an expired date on it. We understood her concerns and we told her to come in or give us her number so we can get this situated. She refused to give us number because she didn’t feel comfortable. Understood so we gave her our number to call. We spoke to her about why the label on vape juice said it was expired which is that the company had made a lot of vape juice and other products that they put older labels on them. Which we then said you can come in for refund if you want. The gummies we never understood why that was expired so we asked if she could bring both in so we could see and be happy to replace of refund. She was happy on phone with us explaining so she didn’t come in. We asked about when does it say gummies expired, she said her gummies were in a room where her kid was sleeping so she couldn’t bring it. Never mentioned gummies again. I have screen shots. Then we get another email 1 or 2 days later saying she spoke to the manufacturers and they told her that we lied and they never told us there was a misprint and that she was mad and wanted a refund. Mind you we never said she couldn’t dnt get a refund. We offered her her refund multiple times on email and on phone. So we replied to her email confused because we know that they did misprint them and told her look if you want your refund thats fine, we have been trying to resolve this issue but she seemed adamant about this situation. So we contacted our products manufacturer and they had mentioned yes she did contact them and sent me a screen shot. Said exactly this: (picture of the products expiration) owner: where did you get that from? *******: ihemp. Owner: we will have to check our records as it is after hours now. *******: oh ok I’m sorry about that thank you. Owner: you are welcome. And when she came in the next day to resolve this we had her on recording the whole time. She came in and when asked to show us screenshots, she couldn’t present them because she didn’t have any proof or she didn’t want to embarrass herself. Also she brought in 2 vapes that was NEVER mentioned the entire few days we were in contact and said they weren’t nt working right. They worked fine. She just had to change coils. The manager was trying to help her change it out throughout the negativity that was coming out her mouth but her not being very educated in vapes because we are a Hemp shop not a vape shop, she told her the vape shop across street could help you better than the manager could. She had an attitude coming in and leaving. All we were trying todo was make things right. I have voice recordings and screenshots from product manufacturers. She was asked to show us the screenshots and she was “looking” for them but “couldn’t find them”. We normally dont have complaint. In fact it is rare. But this is that one case that no matter what, the business is always wrong in *******’s case. Also my manager found her on facebook and seen she had been doing this to quite a few businesses. I just hope people can see the real truth and understand we tried helping but apparently she just wanted to bring us down for some reason. Thank you
