            April 29,2023 ORDER ***** Hair & Scalp Conditioner w/ Vitamins AD&E 14 oz × 1 $21.95 Subtotal $21.95 Shipping $10.66Taxes $2.44 Total $35.05 USD. Unfortunately, I never received the shipment. May 5th, I contacted the seller Dudley Beauty Corporation, LLC and inform them that I did not receive the shipment. May, 17th I received a text message from ************ stating a claim was filed with FEDEX and shipping out another order to me. I called FEDEX and spoke to the claims dept. on 6/20/23 and was informed that lost claims processing is completed within 5-7 business days. I would need to follow-up with the company. I have called left voice messages 7/14/23, no return calls current to date. This is my first & last time ordering any products online with this company. The whole experience I have received nothing but the run around. I am requesting a full refund including shipping and or product replacement.

            Not worthy of one star. Ordered an item but received something different. Sent several emails never received a response. Made a complaint thru Paypal and was told to send back at MY EXPENSE to get a refund. Unbelievable!!! Why should I have to pay for their mistake?

            We are so sorry for the miscommunication. You absolutely do not have to send an incorrect product ordered back at your expense. Please keep that product and we are shipping a larger size of the product that you ordered. Please accept our apologies. This situation will be brought to my staff's attention and corrected.
