April 29,2023 ORDER ***** Hair & Scalp Conditioner w/ Vitamins AD&E 14 oz × 1 $21.95 Subtotal $21.95 Shipping $10.66Taxes $2.44 Total $35.05 USD. Unfortunately, I never received the shipment. May 5th, I contacted the seller Dudley Beauty Corporation, LLC and inform them that I did not receive the shipment. May, 17th I received a text message from ************ stating a claim was filed with FEDEX and shipping out another order to me. I called FEDEX and spoke to the claims dept. on 6/20/23 and was informed that lost claims processing is completed within 5-7 business days. I would need to follow-up with the company. I have called left voice messages 7/14/23, no return calls current to date. This is my first & last time ordering any products online with this company. The whole experience I have received nothing but the run around. I am requesting a full refund including shipping and or product replacement.Customer response

Dear Ms. *****.
Please see the email where we responded about the delivery of your package with the photo by USPS. Also attached, is the information regarding the shipment, the delivery and the emails sent. I don't know if someone stole the package or not but the company did ship it to you and you see proof of delivery. I know that someone has spoken to you multiple times about this matter and you agreed that this was your house in the photo. If you hadn't received the product then we would be happy to give you a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
Once again, I did not receive the package. I am not stating that package was never shipped. I just didn't receive it period. And to be told a claim on May 17,2023. I was told lost package claim would be filed and nothing comes from it It's been ongoing since April,2023 that unacceptable. The fact that a business ignores customers issues and or complaints and no follow-up with a resolution. I will only accept a full refund from the business of my complete cost for the product I did not receive.
