I picked up my golden doodle from this groomer but before I saw her they made me pay the amount of $160 $80 per dog and then brought my dog, her paws were bleeding, her face was dirty. She was in so much distress along with the other black goldendoodle I picked up. I asked them what had happened they said she had been digging underneath a fence but I find that weird because there is a sitter with dogs at all times and should have caught that if it was a problem. The way they explained it as if they were watching her do that. I called back to ask and they said they were not sure theyd call me back. They first told me she got out and then when she called me back she said she didnt get out but was digging underneath the fence. I dont buy the story based on the cuts and bleeding. Many groomers believe it to be cut with scissors. Asked to speak with owner he cussed us out yelling told us that we should not mess with him, all of the above and hung the phone up. I have been in touch with animal control and they plan to see what we can do about the situation. Another one of my friends went to this groomer and said her dog has never been the same since always scared of people. The way the owner talks to humans is absolutely horrifying I am so upset with myself that I trusted them with my pets. I would have never blasted on social media if they would have refunded me but they denied. I am not sure if this will need vet treatment or not but it can get infected. My dog is in a lot of pain and still scared. I also heard the man yelling today when I picked up my dog but was unsure who it was now I assume it was the owner.
