            Years ago, **** ***** owned Carolina Cookie and the customer service and cookies were excellent. He sold the company to a corporation. Everything was down hill from there. The screwed up my order which contained business gifts and the recipients were not happy with the cookies. They were not at all customer friendly in trying to fix the problem. Of course I complained to the company and gave a truthful review. A few years have passed and I decided to try them again for two business gifts. I placed my order only to receive an email two day later stating Carolina cookie cancelled the order. I called and was told by customer service that they refuse to do business with me based upon my prior experience. So instead of trying to make things right, they just disregard customers. The holidays are coming. Look elsewhere for cookie gifts. Do not give your hard earned money to a company who could care less.

            Deciding to end a relationship with a customer is a rare thing for any company to do. There have to be reasons that are highly motivating. Even then it’s a step that is only taken after a considerable amount of thought, and after all attempts to work with that customer have failed. It’s not something we take lightly. We are a company that makes every attempt to ensure the continued satisfaction of our customers, provided their requests and interactions with us are reasonable and in good faith. We don’t support detrimental behavior in our business relationships, whether it be from our staff or our customers. Thank you for understanding.
