We purchased our home in 2021. Rodriquez Roofing installed the roof in 2020 before we purchased the home. After moving in we noticed a small leak coming from the attic into the second floor hallway ceiling. After four different roofing companies came out every one of them concluded that the roof had been installed incorrectly. There were rotting wood panels that new shingles were installed on top of, instead of getting replaced like they should have been. Yellow caution tape was even used to make sure none of the employees would accidentally step on the rotting wood instead of replacing it like they should've. The shingles that were used were not laid out in the right pattern, so water would eventually build up and leak through in random spots, so we were told by several contractors.. They were also the cheapest shingles one could purchase with signs of algae stains just after 2 1/2 years within installation. The roof topper shingles, which go at the very top point of the roof were not actual topper shingles, but just regular shingles bent at an angle. The entire job was botched. A three year old roof needs the be replaced immediately and there was zero warranty offered on it.Business response

If needed I can provide a copy of inspection prior to the purchase of his home wich he signed. As of now he hasn't reached out to me yet about this issue. He did asked me give him a copy of my contract but I didnt accept that offer due to privacy reasons for my clients
