              July 2022 hired Xterior to install a roof on my home because of water leaking from a specific part of my garage. ***** noticing drip marks in the SAME area of the garage after my one year labor warranty had expired. Contacted the company and was told that my warranty had expired and that it would cost me $200 to install an elbow onto the short spout. I had the elbow attached to the short spout 1/2/2024. 2/28/2024 High Point had a huge down pour of rain. I arrived home to find my ceiling in garage leaking rain drops onto my storage items. 2/29/2024 Met with Leaf Filters Gutters and Xterior (***) *** now says he not responsible for what goes on between the roof and garage ceiling ...But the damage is caused by the a "roof Leakage". He advised he would charge my a minimum of $400 and it would be probable that the cost would go up depending on was found..now he says the leak could be coming from the WINDOW on second floor...but can't tell until his crew look at it with a minimum cost of $400. Bought a roof to stop the leakage and the problem continues to get worse. Just want my roof to stop leaking and the water ceiling damage repaired inside my garage.

              This is an awesome Company. Their roofing and gutter contractors were very professional and did an excellent job. The roof was completed in one day as were the gutters. To me they were a God sent as we were desperately needing this work done. I would highly recommend this Company who is needing their service's as they are totally honest and reliable. You will not be disappointed.
