      We made a purchase of 30 hats on August 6, 2021. Order number #**************. Total amount : 332.55 We have not gotten the order yet. Webpage does not give us any information on the order or its delivery. I have emailed a dozen times to their customer service and I have not gotten any answer back. Their numbers are deactivated and we can't talk to any one in the company to solve the problem. We just want a refund for the product paid and not received. Thanks. ********* *******, manager

      Good afternoon!  Our apologies for the delay with your order. As with most items that are made overseas, we are seeing extremely heavy delays with products arriving in the states right now.  According to the manufacturer's website, these items should be back in the US on November 5th.  I have included a screen shot of the manufacturer's website showing that same information. Your order was placed with them and should be included with the shipment that comes in.  I can still cancel the order for you, but since you are already in line, I wanted to give you the option of keeping it so you get them as soon as possible. 


      Regarding the communication, we are a small business and have been severely short staffed lately, especially with some folks out with COVID.  I thought someone had responded to you so my apologies again for any frustrations you may have had.  It is certainly not conducive of how we normally do business.  This has been a difficult year for a lot of people and we appreciate your support and patience.

      Please let me know if you would still like me to cancel the order or if you wish to keep it on order since it is scheduled to arrive in the states in a few weeks.

      Thank you for your response.  As requested, we have cancelled and refunded your order on our end.  You should see your funds return to the card used within a few business days.  The length of time it takes to return to your account is completely up to your bank as the funds are deducted from our account right away.  We apologize again that your items were unavailable and hope you have a great day!

      On 8-17-2021 I placed an order on the website, Order #**************. I waited a few days and when I didn’t receive an email saying it shipped, I sent an email. I got a response the same day and was told that the typos turn around time was 10 business days. I waited the 10 business days and even waited a week past that before contacting them again. I tried calling the number on their website several times and no one ever answered. I found the same item on a different website, ordered it and had it in 3 days. I have emailed this company 4 times trying to get my order cancelled and get a full refund and they are just ignoring me. My total is $16.63 that was taken out of my account as soon as I placed the order. After reading reviews on their FB page, I’m not the first person that this has happened to. I just want my money back.
