I have requested getting my receipts for the 2 products I purchased while there: Relaxatio (red/Infrared phototherapy device for pain ******* *********** Infra Red Light Therapy device for a cost f over $18,000. The Relaxatio device never worked but a few minutes. I called **** & asked him what do I do to return it & get another unit. I was to,d he would send me one immediately & put the return label in the box to return the defective unit. After 3 wks, still no **************** not answering messages or phone calls as of today 11/1/23). So I would like to either get a refund or new unit for the Relaxatio device.Initial Complaint

While on vacation to Highlands I visited EARTH. They had people on the street encouraging people to come in and try these life changing cosmetics. On June 14th I purchased by credit card $12,800.00 of Cosmetics and application from EARTH. These things were to be shipped to me. At this time they invited me to come back in by appointment to try this Comos machine. On June the 16th I tried the Space Touch Comos Device in the store and decided to buy it instead of the earlier cosmetics. I am recovering from cancer of the eye which has affected my whole body and thought this might help. This machine cost $16,012.50 The first purchase was to my knowledge canceled. Both were charged to my credit card. They assured me they would cancel the first purchase. I took nothing out of the store with me on either purchase it was all to be shipped. When I got my credit card bill both purchases were charged to my card. I called EARTH and they said it takes 14 days to cancel the charge. I have nothing to show that the first purchase was canceled. When questioned EARTH just shows both purchases that I signed. I had my credit card company dispute the charges. But because I had signed two separate charges from EARTH which they sent copies of to the company I have not been able to get my money back. EARTH has actually stolen $12,810.00 dollars from me and I have not been able to recover it. I couldn't really afford the $16,012.50 which I took out of my **** I'm 85 years old on a fixed income recovering from cancer and desperate to get this illegal charge off my account. I feel so stupid to have allowed these people to cheat me. I've been in education for 40 years. Retired from the ******** of *** in **** you would think I had more sense.I would appreciate any help in recovering this loss. I have called EARTH many times and have not been able to get anyone. They just answer with leave a message.Initial Complaint

On June 24, 2022 my husband and I were in Highlands looking for a restaurant. We had parked in front of *************************** **** me into the shop with a moisturizer sample. Owner of the shop, *******************, took me in a room to demonstrate a Submarine LED red light 'machine'; he put a mask on my face then placed the canopy over my face & turned on some red lights. **** told us the machine would reduce pain & build collagen & make my body glow because it was Infrared and Medical Grade & could penetrate further than just red light. While I was under the machine he said hed give us 6 months to return it because I LIKE you. After 15 minutes he easily removed the machine & the mask had melted on the ********* pointed out how good I looked. Found out later it's the mask that made the difference, not the machine. **** used endearing words and we both trusted him. We bought the machine because of the benefits for pain for both of ************* for me. He told us it was $120k but he wouldn't chg me that, nor $87k that someone had pd, but he was only going to chg $10k & what credit card did I want to put it on? They took it to our van for us. When we got home we could not lift it. My husband is 91 and I am 82 with severe back problems. We called **** to tell him we couldnt use it as it was impossible to pick up & there were no instructions. It had 4 colored lights on ************ for Flash-Temp-Time-********** had no idea what to do with it. It sat on our bed unable to be moved or lifted; we turned it on but didnt know what body part to use it on nor for how long or what temp and so on. I researched & found out the Submarine was NOT Infrared nor Medical Grade; We went through weeks of attempting to contact him by phone, text, e-mails the need to return it but he would cut us off or not reply at all. We had been sold a machine meant for a Spa or Dr's ****** where someone is there to place it on the patient and remove it. We are asking for help returning it and getting refund.
