Beware of the winsome but predatory sales practices I found at this store. As an over-60 woman shopping alone, I was approached on the sidewalk outside this business and agreed to step inside for a demonstration of a wrinkle-removing product. Included with my purchase was a "free" facial with their specialist who just happened to be in town and available at that time. Hours later back in their treatment room, the specialist loaded up two huge shopping bags with their LED infrared light (valued at $16,000, she said, but could be mine for half that), and she continued to add boxes and boxes of their Introstem cosmetics that I did not ask for -- all "free" with purchase of the light. I attempted to ****** the store, the products, etc. There was no internet connectivity back in the treatment space so I could not verify prices, reviews, or claims. I was tired and worn down and gave them my credit card. Imagine my disappointment when I returned to my hotel and scrolled through listing after listing online of the LED light and products at a fraction of the price, along with negative reviews about this particular store. The receipt they printed (not the one with my signature) and included in the bags said "NO REFUNDS". I attempted to call them the next morning, but they would not answer the phone. I shipped all items unopened back to them, requesting a refund, and they refused *** delivery. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Don't walk in.
