terrible customer service! I ordered a product from this company and I have ordered from them before but I received it and wasn't happy or satisfied with it. It was not described as advertised and it says "satisfaction" guarantee or return the product I started the return process and got a return form and then I found out they wanted me to pay for the expenses to ship it back! and it would probably cost more than I paid for it! I called this company about this and they told me it was their policy! I have never had to pay to ship a product back and the agent I spoke to was rude, I then informed her that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and she was still rude so I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I shouldn't have to pay the shipping costs to send back a product and I have never had to do that, I don't recommend this merchant to anyone!Adam & Eve Response

We apologize the customer did not understand our return policy. We do allow customers to return items for a refund within 90 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the items, however the customer is responsible for return shipping. We also apologize the customer had an issue with one of our agents. I have forwarded the customer's concern to the agent's direct Supervisor for coaching, training and any disciplinary action that may be warranted.Review from Kristina W

TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I placed an order, and with the amount I spent, I got a free item. When I got my package, the item I PAID for was nowhere to be found, just the free item. I used the chat service on the website to try and resolve the problem. The agent I talked to was very rude, and after much back and forth told me they would give a refund.I then asked if/when I would receive an email confirming my refund, and the agent said it could take up to 5 business days?? (And, it sure did.)Towards the end of the conversation, (mind you I had another issue I needed to talk to them about, so our conversation was not done), the agent sent a message, and then the chat abruptly ended and erased the entire conversation. I wasn't able to screenshot anything, which I was wanting to do just so I had proof on my end of the conversation. At this point I was furious. So the next day, (today), I decided to hop on the customer service chat again and figure out if my refund went through since the other agent erased the whole conversation before I had a chance to screenshot, and the agent confirmed my refund, and once again, before I could even read the next message or respond, abruptly ended the chat and erased the entire conversation.THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE ASBOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ORDERING FROM A BUSINESS. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Hard to believe they've been in business as long as they have, scammers!!!!Not to mention, I have "unsubscribed" myself from their incessant emails THREE times now, and I still continue to receive 5-10 emails from them a day! Each one having a different "deal", "discount" or coupon code. Every single email has a different one. Just a little odd to me.Adam & Eve Response

We apologize the customer had an issue with their order and issues with the agents. I have forwarded the customer's interactions to the agent's direct Supervisors for coaching, training and any disciplinary action that *** be required. The customer was actually refunded more than what they paid in error. The customer has been unsubscribed from emails, however, our emails are planned in advance and the customer *** receive emails for up to 3 days before they will cease completely.Review from Joseph C

After manually typing in my mailing address, I cashed out using Apple Pay and they took the mailing address off of my Apple Pay and changed what I manually typed in and processed the order. I called to have them change it back to my billing address in the woman stated once the orders place they cannot change it, its not due to ship out for three days when I said, I dont understand how you guys cant stop the order or change my mailing address it hasnt shipped yet her response was would you like me to give you to a supervisor who will tell you the same thing , when I said I would like to speak to the supervisor she hung up never gave me her name so now I have an order thats Going to be delivered to a different state that doesnt require a signature so Im SOL. They wont refund my money. They wont send me the product to the correct address and their customer service is absolutely atrocious..Adam & Eve Response

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, Apple Pay requires us to use the information they have on file for the customer to ship the package to. Normally, we would not have been able to stop the package however this package was caught by our warehouse and the customer has been refunded in full for the order. The customer will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear with Apple Pay. I have forwarded the interactions to the agent's direct Supervisor for coaching, training and any disciplinary action that *** be warranted.Review from Diane K

Account was suspended due to returns abuse. They have. 100% satisfaction guarantee that means nothing. I wasnt satisfied with the products, I also had a defective product and sent it back even their free items. I did keep the ones that worked. I even mentioned that I would repurchase the defective item and when I went to do so the account was closed. No notice just a note showing my account was closed. Why have a 100% guarantee if it is not real?Adam & Eve Response

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for all kinds of reasons, however, when a customer repeatedly returns purchases for a refund our legal team makes a business decision to close the account down for abuse. We do this to keep our prices as low as possible to better serve our satisfied customers.Review from Barry B

********, why can't we give less than 1 star? I ordered from company and paid for expedited shipping and insurance. I did not get the item and immediately emailed A & E. Days later they email and told me that it was delivered. Took me to contact the ************ I paid A & E for insurance not the post office. I asked for signed proof I got the package and the lady at customer service hung up on me. DO NOT USE. Now I must contact my credit card to reverse the charge. Read all of the horrible reviews and use with caution.Adam & Eve Response

We apologize the customer could not locate their order. According to **** tracking, the package was delivered to a parcel locker on 06/05/24. The customer emailed us on 06/06/24 and we replied to the customer within minutes. We have reshipped the order to the customer via *** and the customer will receive the new package tomorrow. Should the customer locate the original order that was delivered to the parcel locker, they can mark the unopened package as "Refused and Return to Sender" and give the package back to ****. Within 2 weeks of me receiving a 60 dollar device that was supposedly 50 % off. The charger had broke. It has been at least six months since I first talked with them about it. For the 3rd time today I called. They still do not have a charger in stock. I would reccomrnd anywhere but **** and eve the 50% of is a lie. I was supposed to recieve 10 free so called gifts. I recieved nothing. So I have a 60 dollar paper weight, and am severely disappointed in the manner this establishment conducts business Sincerly, *********************Adam & Eve Response

We apologize the customer had to wait for his replacement charger. The item had been on backorder and was just received. His charger was mailed out on 05/26/24. The customer received a card for a link to receive 6 free VOD movies in his original order and we will email him the link again just in case he discarded it. We will also ship the customer his remaining 4 free gifts and we apologize that they were left off of his original order.Review from Dale P

This company are the kings of bait and switch.They send you emails and texts offering big discounts like 40-50% off.When you order the product and go to checkout it tells you due to certain manufacturers restrictions your product cannot be discounted.Very dishonest way of trying to get businessAdam & Eve Response

We apologize the customer did not understand our policy on discounts. Not all vendors will allow all discount on all items and if this is the case, there is a disclaimer on the product page of the item. Also, every promotion that is sent does contain a disclaimer that states not available on select items and to see product page for detail. Furthermore, when you select an item to put in the cart, it tells you inside of the cart if there are any discount restrictions.Review from Chloe F

Ive ordered from here multiple times and never had issues with products working, being overcharged, non-discreet packaging, or any issues listed in the other reviews here. Im actually surprised they have such poor ratings everywhere online.Review from Chris B
