The property address where the landscaping service by AlvarezRamirez Martinez retained--******************************************************Owner of the property *******************. Address of the owner ******************************************************************************** daughter ************* lives at the property.Date of landscaping service-*********************** request initiated by the neighbor Mr ************************** Telephone number252-474-4462.The amount of money for the landscaping service was a total of $730 for a combined service including my property and that of ****`s property.During the service, accidentally, a stone hit the front door glass of my property when the service employee was cleaning the front yard of my property using the lawn mower and leaf blower.The impact of the rock shattered my front door glass window.None of us were present when the incident occurred. My daughter reported the incident to ******* at **** pm when she returned to home after work.My daughter requested ******* to call his insurance.******* claims that he reported incidence but that insurance company required that it had to be reported within 6 hours after the incident. This was not possible because **** worked at ********************** from 8 am to 7 pm.******* did not offer to pay for the cost of repair, or offer any service for restitution or billing adjustment because he stopped communicating with **** or *********He did not accept a Certified Letter sent by me onJuly 12,2023 from me requesting him to pay my bill. He failed to call me or answer to my email requesting him to find some amicable solution.I am now trying to find a peaceful resolution by sending you this letter but will take a legal action if he does not communicate.If he pays me$744.50, the cost of repair of the glass window ASAP, i would stop all further actions.All options with forced selection does not allow me to select the real answer which is for ******* to pay me for the cost of repairing the door.
