Sportsplex has stolen money from me twice, and I am filing a complaint with the BBB.First, ************************* stole $45 from me. He randomly quit, and despite me previously paying the Sportsplex directly, they refused to give me a refund. They told me to, Track down *****.*********************** stole over $300 from me.Before a surgery, ***************** agreed to let me recuperate and to resume lessons once I was healed. Healing was taking time, so as a **courtesy** to *****************, I asked her to please transfer my lessons to my adult friend ******, and ***************** agreed. ***************** refused to teach ****** at a reasonable time for a working adult because she saves afternoon times for kids getting out of school. What about adults getting out of work? When I asked for a refund, both ***************** and Sportsplex refused. So I asked for the lessons, and ***************** refused to honor her previous agreement to teach me when [I] healed up, despite no policy in place on the website saying Sportsplex isnt responsible for coaches deciding to keep money without services rendered. ***************** has my phone number and email address. Should could have easily been a professional business person and informed me she was going to enforce an unwritten policy (and I use that term loosely) she and Sportsplex have. Instead she kept silent so she could keep my money.Dont pre-pay these people, especially *****************. Dont trust this business, or that ***************** will honor her word. Sportsplex is filled with unprofessional behavior, and drama. I was once pushed inappropriately by ***********************, it was caught on camera, and the Sportsplex refused to take any action. When I worked at Sportsplex, I once caught a *** offender in the building (************, an offender known to the ********************* When I tried to guard the front desk (part of my job), the *** said to just let anyone in, and of course the lockers were stolen from that night. Children arent safe here, adults arent safe here.
