BUYER BEWARE! Notice when you read the contract that it says NO Refunds, "All monies paid to the Designer are considered non-refundable." Also, "Designer is not obligated to provide to the client an itemized list of monies spent." So just take their word for all costs... When my wife decided that this business was not able to create a bouquet like she wanted she stated she would use another florist to do the bouquet, but there was a miscommunication and the business said my wife canceled their service. Our wedding coordinator tried to fix the miscommunication and they just hit a brick wall. I was willing to go over an itemized list with the company and pay them for the work they put in for building the bouquet and any costs associated with canceling the order for flowers from their supplier. The business refused to go over their costs and pointed to the contract that says "non-refundable" and "not obligated to provide to the client an itemized list of monies spent." What are they hiding? I lost over $1600 for this company to only provide a test run bouquet! So they can provide an inadequate product and then keep a hefty profit for doing next to nothing? Do not trust this business. I understand some customers are flakes and you have to have rigid contracts, but I believe I was being more than reasonable to discuss what amount the business should retain for their sunk costs. They were difficult to contact, would not return calls to our wedding planner or emails from me until multiple attempts were made. Again, BUYER BEWARE!

This client signed two contracts, one refundable, one nonrefundable. The refundable one was for a silk bouquet for which I made two bouquets since she couldn't make up her mind. When she said she was unhappy with the second one, I refunded her money in total. The nonrefundable contract was for vow renewal florals. The client, at two weeks before the the event, told me she no longer wanted our services and, terminated our relationship. There was no misunderstanding as I told her I already had ordered her wedding florals to which she said to "use them on another wedding". The decision to terminate our relationship was hers, not ours. As the reviewer said contracts are in place for a reason.
