            ******************* was contracted 2/23/23 for a trex deck beside my swimspa to include a gate and ramp that an 80 year old woman could walk up, and electric hookup. The quote was to include all of those as well as permits. He stated a permit was only required for the electrical which turned out to be false and he never pulled the electrical permit. The deck was considered complete by **** on 3/22 and is already falling apart and has been recommended by several contractors to tear down and start over. The ramp is too steep for most ages. Nails pop out all the way up. No gate was provided. The trex are popping up and were not installed correctly. He used two 2x4s screwed together on the tallest support beam. He used smaller joist hangers than was required for the joists and instead of using joist hanger nails used deck screws. The deck is sagging and the trex moves around falls through the joists because theyre not spaced correctly. The railing around the deck is loose. Theres a 12 inch area with no railing and is a 5 ft drop to the concrete. Theres me a half inch shim behind one 4x4 which makes it wobble and unsafe. The railing around the perimeter of the deck is not safe to lean on as it wobbles all around and was installed improperly. He was paid ******** as per contract and will say I owe him more for a change order never discussed with me. Im the only person on the contract and made payments but my fianc mentioned moving the location of the ramp and no discussion of money was with me or my fianc until after the fact of the ramp being 99 percent done. ************* lied to me this entire process. When I asked about gate he said no and when I showed him issues with the deck he said and?. I dont want him on my property. Her inept and disrespectful of my property. He left cigarettes everywhere in my yard with dogs. I want a refund of ****** and a real professional to step in. I am running out characters to say more but theres so much more to say about his work ethic.

            Can we give him minus 5 stars!!! Work not done Hired Precision Construction LLC own/operated by ************************************** to replace concrete driveway The same business is listed in ************************************* and ******* Contract 03/07/2023. Pd $8K partial payment for supplies Contract to demo & remove existing ******************* (**** said to save money two aprons, did not need to be demo to resurface them to match new concrete) Contractors who did the demo & forms, leveling, finishing work on poured driveway get 5 Stars and were done by 03/16 **** ask for bal due though he still had aprons to do Ask dates on finishing of the 2 areas he says next day few days no-show or call 03/20 Date the aprons will be done-that afternoon 03/27 were told his men were coming back He drops off washer no work was done 04/10 ask when the job would be done 04/20 **** Yes Mam guys will be there tomorrow 04/26 we were not *********** up his unused pressure washer. 05/09 I was told my check for referring him to my friend was in mail, It wasn't. 05/21 2 weeks more by Now ******* and **** would be there Friday 05/26 to finish up 05/30 text again ask to be on schedule *************** would be finishing work on 06/08. 06/09 told him the guys never showed be there Monday, 6/12. 06/12, I have text he has not replied Call/text several times lies and is on his way, 35 min away, dropping off truck, be there shortly, now on 440, then in Apex, going to shower, be right there 06/13 will have guys Friday 06/14 Now scheduled for 06/16 **** shows with cement mixer & cleaning acid on road apron. 06/17 **** puts down bond material on. 06/19 put some cement topper on road apron. Work sub-par to the rest of the driveway, done with wallpaper paste brush.06/27 now been 4 and 1/2 months called & left message No response Sent text its's been over 4 1/2 mo now we have contract & paid him Coming 06/29 garage/apron LIES Lies Lies no show no calls Apparently you need a Lawyer to get this guy to do something
