I called when I was 4 months pregnant to add my son to a wait list. There is a $250 application fee which seemed like a lot, but I was told that he should be able to get into the school the following July-September. So almost a year after my initial call. We paid the $250 then in the spring got an email that this school year 23/24 was already full and he would be in the next school year. I called today and was told there are 12 children ahead of him now for next year so it is not likely he will get in then either. So they took my $250 and more than two years later my son may not have a spot. They refused to give even a partial refund even though we are AT LEAST a year longer than what I was told when they asked for the fee and added him to the list.

As you were informed yesterday (6/15/2023) when you called, it is an administrative policy to never guarantee a family a spot - so we are unsure where this confusion stems from. Our infant program always has a waitlist, so pinning down enrollment availability is nearly impossible. Every family is informed that they will be called once a spot becomes available, but is never given an assurance or timeline. It is also explained to all perspective families that there are priority situations which can impact the waitlist such as staff children, siblings, referrals, and/or returning families. Also, for clarification, our application fee is $210 dollars, not $250. As with most private schools and preschools in the area, our application fee is non-refundable which is stated at the bottom of the application, which you signed. 

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your family, but your accusations of our school contain misinformation on policies you were aware of when you toured our facility and turned in your application.
