I had a complete roof repair to replace all of our shingles on 9/25/2020 - 9/26/2020. Some of the shingles came loose and slid off the roof. Shingles were not nailed properly to the roof. I paid over $36,000.00. Also had to pay over $5,000.00 to re-install the solar panels. Roofers took off the solar panels. Instead of unplugging the panels from each other, they cut the electric wires. I had to have all of the connecters reattached to the wires. Then they put the rails to the panels outside our fence. When the crew came to pick up our old gutters, they also took the rails to the panels. I have that on video. When nailing the shingles above the front porch, the nails protruded through the front porch sealing. I paid for a painter to repair the nail damage and was then reimbursed through Infront roofing. I called Infront Roofing at least 12 times and left messages. I was able to talk to ****** and **** out of their Raleigh location. They promised to pass my information onto someone in service. After 4 more phone calls, I still have not been contacted by someone from Infront Roofing. Now when I call the number, I get a message that says, I cannot complete your call.
