On 09/25/2023, I purchased a **** THOR Windsport 34j from the Camping World *************** store. Upon taking delivery and heading home with my brand-new ** the *** system light illuminated in the instrument cluster, indicating a malfunction in the *** Braking System. I did not drive 5 miles from the Camping World store when this *** warning came on. I immediately pulled over and contacted the Camping World *************** store and was transferred to the Sales Manager. I told him I would return the ** back to the store and he told me that I would have to bring it to an authorized **** Dealership. If you buy a product at a store and it is defective you return it to the store you purchased it from. The store fixes it, replaces it, or refunds you your money. Camping World *************** should have stepped up to the plate and took ownership of this problem. The Store Manager never took the initiative to assist us in any way. To bring the ** to ************ in Fayetteville ** as instructed is a round trip of 500 miles and a 5-hour round trip. for my ** and personal vehicle which is a brand-new Cadillac. This is approximately costing me $300 - $350 in gasoline costs as well as wear and tear on my vehicles. I also lost out on a Family Reunion trip to ******* that cost me $650. The techs at this store are really incompetent as they don't check the ** thoroughly which is their job before turning it over to the customer. This was the 3rd ** I bought from this store in less then 6 months you would think I would have received excellent customer service. I will never buy another ** from this store. They should send me a check for $1000.00 for my inconvenience.

Called to make a warranty claim for our 2 year old camper leaking and after waiting nearly a week I was told that lack of routine maintenance was the cause. The warranty manager admittedly didnt know much about the warranty and was never available when I called the store. Initially the salesman BK was supposed to get a few minor things fixed but that never happened so we gave up. Please dont make the same mistake we did. Read the reviews and buy somewhere else.

Exhausting wait on brand new camper repair. Purchased 2/2022 brought home 10/2022. Awaiting refund STILL on tow package we didn't need Wont accept phone calls always "busy" Sales staff is great except for sales mgr. General Manger should be fired he can't handle hot water

My wife and I went to this camping world looking for a motorhome, they had this 2015 Thor four winds super c for almost $100,000.00. We traded our 2019 Ram 1500 that was in fantastic shape, and a 2018 passport travel trailer in great shape also for that motorhome, the salesman told us that the motorhome was in great shape and that everything works and that it was in almost perfect condition and that there was nothing wrong with it, there was a guy that walked us around the motorhome and while he was opening the slide we heard a noise and he told us it was the rubber seals making that noise, the finance guy congratulate us for buying such a great motorhome and that we would enjoy it a lot, they told us they spent a great amount of money on the motorhome fix in it for resale, they even put a new antenna because the one that was there was broken, they said we made a great buy, I trusted them because that was the second time I buy from them, the first time was when I bough that travel trailer from them and never had an issue with it, when I took this motorhome to my house I went thru it, looking for that noise when opening the slide, I used a bore scope to look inside where the noise was coming from, and found out is not the rubber seals like they said it was but the motor for the slide not connected to the frame, also the motor home light engine came on, I check the codes and one of them is the turbo charger and some other sensors, now the motor home won't pass state inspection and we don't have the money to repair those things, and their warranty doesn't cover the chassis so now I have a $100,000.00 dollars giant paper weight sitting in my house. My wife, kids and I went from being able to go camping to not being able to do nothing at all now, shame on me for trusting this company. I regret buying this giant paper weight. A few days later one of their workers to us they never got the motorhome inspected before selling it. Im so mad that I'm stuck with it now.

Been there twice and both times the male RV salesman there walked around like they were God's gift to the universe, and were not interested in providing a potential buyer with any type of service records, or paperwork that could help the potential buyer make an informed decision on their potential RV purchase. I guess they are trying to save $$$ on printer ink. I will never go back, I don't care if they are giving their RV's away.

Camping World is the biggest rip of there is in RV Deals. We sold a Travel Trailer to the Camping World of Fayetteville. I worked over the Phone with this Guy from I guess there head quarters Named Glenn he started to to care about the deal and did what he could to make it work. He even got the asking price I was going to settle on. Now comes the problems. I told him that it was a 2020 but when I looked at the registration, I saw it was a 2021 so a year newer. I told him the mistake and he said he would get me a new quote. When he came back with the new quote it was for about 3000 less. I asked him why is it less for a newer model all he said is that that is what they came back with. I went with the deal anyway, but when we went to the store to get the appraisal the guy we dealt with there had no answers either all he could say is that is what Glenn sent him did not even try to help out with trying to get a new quote. So a week later after making several phones calls to find out what they would offer. I get a call back from Chuck the guy from the store I dealt with and he said it would cost them 890. 00 dollars to put a coating on the roof. I told him that the roof was fine since it was not even a year old yet. he did not move on the price. Well we took the deal and just yesterday April 3 2022 I see they posted the RV on there site for 20,000 more then they offered us. It is above what we paid brand new. I just wanted everyone to know not to use any camping world they are a rip off and don't care about there costumers I guy they fell they can take advantage of someone's miss fortune. I know from this day forward I will never use camping world and I will tell everyone I know not to use camping world
