            Took my riding mower in to be worked on for it was "Surging" as engine was running. Told service ***** the carburetor needed to be looked at. Unit was with these people for over 4 weeks. Was called and told unit was ready and they had adjusted the "Valves" on it[?] and asked if it could be delivered to me. Yes was the answer. About one hour and a half was called again. Told at that time it was still surging and they were replacing the carburetor, the price was going to be $185.00 more than told before. Went down to dealership to ask why the carburetor was not checked first as asked in beginning since it was a surging problem not valves. In the end paid $350.58 for work Not Authorized to be done and still had a NON-WORKING ***** RETURNED TO ME. $291.67 was Labor on machine with $15.70 in parts. Not returning to this place ever again. Totally ignored complaint.
