DO NOT USE- THE WORST customer service ever!! Had well drilled about 3 years ago and still cannot drink my water! Just trying to get a return call from anybody takes months. Frustrated from trying to speak with someone and after being told that *** was in a mtg and would call back afterwards I said I would just come wait in the office there and speak to him in person when he got done - he then called me back within two minutes hmmm! We have dirty water that also has gas in it - an odor that smells like a septic tank and water tested positive for coliform (tested by the county because Clearwater just wont respond). The times I did ever get to speak to someone *********************** (owner) said we had sulfur in well (test showed very little sulfur) and he wouldnt listen to me when I said it was something else and it took a year before he finally sent someone out (his son) to test for gas. His son confirmed there was gas by lighting the water on fire out of my hose and he said there was a house that burned down because of gas in water but that didnt seem to give them any sense of urgency or concern for my safety as he left without giving me any further advice. When I finally got a phone call back after trying for three months they told me it would be $16k for just the equipment to take care of the gas plus labor and out building to put the equipment in wasnt included in that price. I looked around for what the average cost would be and it is usually about $3-&5k for the equipment so maybe price gauging here??? DO NOT USE this company!! They do not stand by their work and the customer service is horrible - I understand that the water issues happen but they should at least care enough to return calls and they say they will/can fix water issues but at what cost??? And when? And they tell you no one else should do work on the well but them - so what is a person supposed to do?
