  I contacted ******'s flooring on November 19, 2023 in regards to having my bathroom remodeled.On November 27, 2023 we agreed on the what was going to be completed and the price. I paid ******'s flooring $3,896.00 for a service he did not provide.The nature of this dispute is to receive a refund in the amount of $3,161.00 (the total bill paid was $3,896.00.) (******'s flooring did buy the tile only for the flooring in the amount of $735.00) I've tried to contact ******'s flooring numerous times about the work he was suppose to provide and haven't heard from him since November 30, 2023.The subcontractor Andrews flooring hired informed me that they haven't heard from ******'s flooring, nor has ******'s flooring paid them or provided the material for the job. (******'s flooring did buy the tile for the flooring in the amount of $735.00 The subcontractors refused to do the work and tried to contact ******'s flooring but have been unsuccessful. I am having to make another payment to the subcontractors to complete the repairs of the remodel that I have paid ******'s flooring to do. I have also filed a dispute with my bank to try and help get this issued resolved. They tried to stop the payment but it was unsuccessful.I've tried to contact ******'s flooring via text message, phone calls and *********
