Date of work performed and final payment : 3/29/2023 work to be performed metal roof maintenance (roof was leaking) total price $2750 with 5 year workmanship warranty. We were assured changing the screws and caulking would solve the leak problem. A few days later the roof was still leaking. Texted "Eric" on 4/11. He said they would be out on 4/13, never came. Said we were scheduled for 4/17 around 11am. Never showed up. On 4/24 he asked for our address and claimed he came and couldn't find our house. Called several times with no response. Texted again on 4/28 to find out when they were coming. On 4/29 I got this response. It will be Monday sometime around lunch I have been on vacation and won't be back until later sunday. No show again on Monday 5/1. On Monday, 5/24, I texted him, You've been given plenty of time to respond and you haven't. Either refund our money for a job not done or face legal action. This annoyed him greatly. He called me and was irate that I threatened him. Said "job was done and I had no grounds to sue." I stated the roof was still leaking. He again said, "the job was done, maybe not correctly, but it was done". Wasn't given a date for repair. Eric said "this is warranty work so new orders come first. I have 300 other jobs. I'll call you when I can fit you in but not until then". I still have no idea when or if the work will be done. Definitely not what we paid for!Customer response

A few days later the roof was still leaking. Called "Eric" on 2/27. They said they would be out in a few days, never came. Called several times and always got a message that voice mail was not setup. Called again on Saturday 3/11, which annoyed him greatly. Wasn't given a date for repair. Eric said "you know we don't make any money on warranty work so new orders come first". That is an extremely poor answer and not what we paid for!Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
And warranty work has not been completed as of 3/25/23
