I received an email on April 2nd from *********************** stating she has been calling me but i will not answer the phone.... That statement is correct i responded to emails so that i could have **** of my conversations. I sent an email to ***** April 3 agreeing to pay in installment payments. The next email i receive again from *********************** is on April 10th stating they are not authorized to accept a partial monthly payment and must move forward with the solvency investigation - this investigation will begin on Friday Morning. I received another email April 17th addressed to ************************* he works for vericore I was cc'd on this email that was from *****. The email stats ****** please initiate the next step in the solvency investigation of buckeye truck *************** and gave details to ****** and instructions on how to file etc. April 22nd Another email again addressed to ************** was cc'd in again from *********************** stating using the contact on file please file a formal inquiry with the better business bureau. CCing me on emails is very deceptive and using the better business bureau name for final pitch is disturbing, they have violated the ***** rules, IE Solvency investigation mention above in emails that i was CC'd on.

Vericore was hired by Peterbilt of Springfield to recover an outstanding debt from Buckeye Truck Parts and Service.   This is a commercial debt and is not governed by the ***** or any other of the typical consumer federal guidelines, therefore Vericore has done nothing illegal or improper in the pursuit of this debt.  *************************** is a personal guarantor of this debt but that does not qualify this for *****/consumer guidelines as debt is defined as being for "personal consumption" which this does not qualify.

The debt is from invoices dating back to late 2022 so it is over 1 year old which is why our client is currently not interested in taking small, monthly payments.  If Buckeye Truck Parts and Service wanted to make small partial payments they could have done so when this debt originated back in November of 2022 and it could have been retired by now.  If Buckeye Truck Parts and Service is interested in discussing a short term payment plan that would retire this debt in 90 days or less then we can assist them with that.

Part of the Vericore process is to complete a solvency investigation which involves gathering information through any public records available or re-verifying credit references provided at the time credit was granted by Peterbilt of Springfield.  This information is used to provide guidance to our client as to what options are available to them in the event we are unable to resolve this on their behalf.  We have informed Buckeye Truck Parts and Service of this process and that we would be copying them on the aspects of that investigation in order to be completely transparent about what sources were being checked in case he had any questions.

I have included with this response a copy of the outstanding invoices as well as a copy of the original credit application.

Again, our client is under no obligation to accept any partial payments or monthly payment plan but if we can get this retired within 90 days or less then that would be acceptable.

I am rejecting this response because: Please give me the total amount due, you have attached, i am thinking duplicate invoices.  i am perplexed that you have shared private facts including sss#, banking information and business information which validates my privacy on a non-secured forum.

I reiterate that nothing has been done wrong during our investigative and collection process and our client is not obligated to accept any partial payment arrangement on a debt this old.  However, as I said previously, if you can work out a payment arrangement that would resolve this in 90 days or less than we would be more than willing to discuss that with you.

We received "critical" phone calls from ********************* stating, "regarding the solvency investigation, we are conducting an miner discount. If you will, please give me a call when you get this message. ************ calling please. Reference file number 547-8878." OUR RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THIS IS A COLLECTIONS COMPANY LOOKING FOR CUSTOMERS AND PRETENDING TO INVESTIGATE **********. WE CALLED AND TEXTED THEM THAT THIS WAS A PHONY PRACTICE AND NEVER TO CONTACT ** AGAIN. They continue to call. This is a deceptive practice and legally we can file a claim and will file a claim if ********************* continues to call and misrepresent who he is and what he is doing. Can the BBB advise this company to STOP it's illegal, deceptive practices?

VeriCore, LLC, is a Commercial ***************** and we have been in business for 22 years.
      We do business-to-business debt collection.
A message was left for ************** by our Account Executive, ***********************, in order to collect a past due bill from his company *******************, LLC.   This bill is owed to our client ******************** Equipment.
There may have been some misunderstand with the person **************** left his message with.   **************** left our phone number *************) but,  as stated in the complaint, it was taken down as ************ (which is close to the digits in our number).  This should explain why ************** could not call us back.
One of the services we provide our client is an asset and liability investigation on the companies that they place for collections.   This investigation completely legal and is done using public records to determine if the debtor company is open and operating.
I have attached the past due invoice and a Letter of Representation from our client.
I will be glad to have *********************** call back at scheduled time when ************** will be in the office in order for them to discuss a resolution for the debt.

***** of Vericore has been asked not to contact our business regarding TOTAL QUALITY LOGISTICS. TOTAL QUALITY LOGISTICS supposedly hired Vericore after a TQL contacted Priceless Tranportation LLC with a fraudulent claim. *** stated on a verified recorded phone call with *********************** of TQL that there was no claim with Priceless. We have asked TQL to speak to our attorney and not to contact us again,we have recently requested the same of vericore on a recorded line.

VeriCore, LLC was hired by, our client, TQL to collect a past due receivable from Priceless Transportation, LLC.   In an attempt to investigate the dispute from Priceless Transportation our ********************* has relayed to TQL the items mentioned in the complaint.

TQL does not agree with the complainants assessment of the phone call with Mr. ****************************  That particular call was in regard to a specific delivery and had nothing to do with any outstanding invoices currently owed to TQL.   The complainant claimed to our representative, that there is a recording of the call with TQL but did not offer to provide the call.  If they would like to provide the call we can investigate that further as well.  Additionally, in his complaint, ************** mentions *********** with his attorney and we have offered to communicate directly with the attorney as well.

VeriCore would like a copy of the recording to take back to TQL or will gladly speak with Priceless Transpirations legal counsel if that is what is preferred
