On October 3rd 2023 I purchased the $2499 CPA review course through Kesler. . Within my portal online, I was able to access all the materials available to me which included a mentorship, CPA study materials and unlimited access all in one platform. I used the platform to study from October through December 3rd, and completed my first exam on December 4th, 2023.I requested my new material code for the next section of the test on December 5th 2023. When I logged into the portal, everything had changed. I thought it was because of the new CPA exam changes that took effect starting this year (January ****) but that wasnt the case. I emailed Kesler regarding the missing information within my study materials. After several back and fourths, they gave me ******* contact who is the creator of their study guides and materials and I had to contact him directly to get the course study guide. That is when it was explained to me by Vishal that he is no longer working with Kesler, and the study guide can only be accessed through ****** docs (which means now I have to use two separate platforms to study) directly sent from him, not Kesler. After talking to ****** and getting this information, I did some additional research online and realized that ****** has now started his own platform for CPA studying (Vishal Prep) and Kesler is no longer offering study materials through their website, only a mentorship.I signed up and paid for Kesler CPA Review unlimited bundle. I chose this product because it was all in one platform and I didnt have to use multiple platforms or make multiple contacts to get my materials. I have included all correspondence between myself and Kesler, as well as Vishal. In my correspondence with Kesler, I have requested they give me 75% of my money back because this platform is not what I paid for. I think this is a fair request because I have already used the materials to take one of my exams and I have three remaining.Business response

You retain access to everything that was advertised.
Nothing is being held back from you and nothing in terms of access has been taken from the product that you purchased.
Just think of VIshal's study guide as an external textbook instead of a digital ebook inside of Kesler CPA Review.
The Kesler study planner tells you what passages to read from the external textbook.
The questions line up with the textbook.
We got you a passing result on your first exam.
