Summary of complaint: In November 2023, I contracted ***************************** of Three jays heating & Air LLC to complete an **** Install at my residence located at **************** for the total sum of $11,500.00. ************** was recommended by the Contractor at that time, ***********************************. ************** Received 2 separate checks totaling $9200.00 with a balance remaining of $2300.00 I unfortunately had to fire *********************************** as GC on Feb 12 for bad faith & doing sub Par work. He had promised initially the job would take 3-4 weeks tops. Feb 12 was 3 months.The New Contractor, ***************************** of ******************** took over as GC and has been diligently trying to get ************** and Three ********* LLC to complete the job.************** has stalled ************** and for the past 6 weeks has cited numerous personal issues including 1) broken wrist 2) Pneumonia, 3) A defective coil, on the interior unit of the **** which he said he would have to file a warranty complaint on, and 4) its my busy season via a telephone conversation on May 2 after I texted ************** and asked for his assurances the job would be completed by May 19th so I could return the *** storage container we have had in out driveway for the last 7 months.Today, May 10th 2023, The current GC ************** informed me that ************** is now refusing to complete the job citing his personal safety. ************** stated he was afraid I would inflict bodily harm to him despite the fact I have never in any way threatened or harassed him. I did however, send numerous texts asking for his assurances he would complete the job by May 19, which he did so via text as well on May 2, 2023.************** has also refused to supply the materials he was paid for so another **** person can complete the job, forcing me to now seek a legal remedy against him in court.
