            Scheduled to move at noon on 9/3/22, movers didn't show up until 4 PM. I had arranged childcare and this completely ruined my plans. Several items were damaged during the move including a custom wood table having the surface gouged in several places. I brought this to the attention of the movers and they just took a picture. At the end of the move I was charged for 4 movers when I only had 2 or 3 the majority of the time, but it was well after 9PM and I needed to get my kid in bed so I paid to get them to leave. I contacted the company several times after the move to discuss a refund of the overpay amount and the cost of the damaged items but was given the run around for 2 months. Worst moving company I've used.

            Horrible Horrible **DO NOT USE**. THEY WERE 2 DAYS LATE TO MY MOVE AND STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. They are unprofessional and has still yet to return my deposit for a move they were 2 DAYS LATE to. I had to pay an 2 extra days of rent due to their lack of communication and professionalism. They will have lower prices but will overbook your move date. ****** is rude and will ignore your messages. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but when they still haven't refunded my deposit and make the costumer foot the bill for their mistakes. The move was a stressful and I thought hiring a moving company would make it less stressful but in turn it was the worse decision. Never and i mean never use this company. I normally done write reviews but I have to warn other consumers of this company that borderline fraudulent.
