In June or July of this year, the business applied weed killer and fertilizer to my yard. It was poorly distributed and burned up my grass. I paid that invoice. At that time I called to have my service cancelled, because I could find no way to do it from their site. Every time I call it always goes to voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. In August I received another invoice in my email for a yard treatment. One, this was after I called and cancelled my account. Two, they always leave a paper invoice that tells me what they treated the yard with. There was no paper invoice left. My wife was present at the house all day, with our Storm Door open. She said no one came by. They always, previously, have come to the door to make sure our dogs were out. There was no service on the date the business has invoiced me for. Immediately after receiving the e-mail I once again called the business to tell them no service was done and to reiterate that I had cancelled my service. Again I had to leave a voicemail. And no one returned my call. I have called several more time in September and October as they try to collect for services they didn't render. Every time it goes to voicemail and no one calls me back. On 10/20/2022 I received an e-mail charging me a late fee and stating they are going to move it to collection. It seems impossible to get in touch with this business and they will not accept that I cancelled my account with them back in June. My account number with them is: ******. The customer's balance has been credited and no collection action will be taken. ******************** person was killed in an automobile accident and this has resulted in a great deal of communication problems. I apologize for the confusion and lack of responsiveness.
