The General Manager of the store, ***********************, has been personally reaching out to ************.  As of Wednesday 4/17/2024 at 4:00 he talked to ************ on the phone about the issue.  He explained that the dealership had received the title from the previous lienholder and was sending a person to the *** to hand carry the paperwork so that **************** tag would be registered correctly.  Furthermore, he overnighted another 30 day tag for ************ to use just in case the *** system was delayed in updating the new information.  He also informed ************ that if a new tag had to be issued because the transfer tag was deemed to be expired that the dealership would incur all of the expense to pay for the new tag.

************ agreed to talk to ****************** on the phone if he had any further questions or concerns.  ********************** cell phone number is ************ should you have any other questions.

I am rejecting this response because:

I purchased a 2013 corvette on 10/18. I purchased it on the condition the the headliner would be replaced. The sales person confirmed it with **** and a I owe you was written up doing the closing process. Since that the date I have called about 6 times and spoke with ****** a couple of times and **** a couple of times both told me they would follow up on it and call me back. I called the parts department on Monday and he did not see where anything was ever ordered. He said someone would call me back. Thats the problem no one will never return your call. All I want is what was promised to me to get the sale. I was called every day to make sure I was coming to test drive the car but now on one will return my call. Absolutely poor service after the sale

The customer bought a 2013 Corvette and the dealership agreed to fix the headliner.  The parts department attempted to order the part but it had been discontinued.  We contacted an outside vendor and were able to get it replaced.  The vehicle is being picked up on 12/13/2023 by the customer.  Please contact me, ***********************, with any questions.  I am the General Manager.  My cell is ************

At the moment I am facing a warranty claim issue with Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville NC. I brought my vehicle to their service department for an issue that occurred during the warranty coverage of the vehicle. During my visit to the dealer they outright stated that they did not plan on making the needed repairs under warranty. I engaged ************** executive office for assistance and they advised that they were willing to work with the dealer to resolve my concerns; however, the service department at Parks Chevrolet is unwilling to honor the terms of the vehicle warranty or work with the manufacturer to honor my consumer rights. The vehicle in question is one of many vehicles I own therefore the vehicle has not been driven since January of this year. The tag on the vehicle expired in April of 2023 (within the warranty period) which supports my claim of the vehicle not being in use. At the moment, I am kindly requesting your assistance in this matter and would like for the dealership to work with GM to perform the repairs under the terms outlined in the vehicles warranty. The dealerships stance on this matter is in direct opposition to my consumer rights, and only stands to benefit them. As opposed to making it right by the consumer the dealership is instead refusing to honor the warranty in order to increase their profit margins on this repair. I would like for you to engage the dealership due to this being extremely unfair and deceptive to all consumers of the brand/dealer. The vehicle in question is a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro with ****** miles-*** *****************. The dealer is Parks Chevrolet of Huntersville located at ***** **************, Huntersville, ** *****. Their phone number is ************** *************************** **************

This vehicle went out of warranty on 6/03/2021. Therefore that is why the customer is responsible for the repairs. He needs injectors replaced. GM will participate with only $634. The total with help will be $2,702.62 + tax.  That does not include the spark plugs and wires which is another $596.18 + tax. Only time customer has ever been here is in February of 2021.
