I was contacted by a representative of this school and asked to enroll. I was offered a scholarship for 50% of the cost. The course was supposed to cover full stack web development. I was promised assistance with job placement upon receiving my certificate. During the course all of the students began complaining because the curriculum was completely inadequate, unorganized, outdated, and incomplete. Teachers refused to review homework or address questions and repeatedly advised we ****** or use chat gpt for questions. Upon completion of the course no portfolio was created, no projects worthy of employment were covered. This was brought up by all students and repeatedly ignored. Since completion no job placement was offered. No job search assistance was provided. All staff members resigned including their legal counsel and I am now trapped in an Income Share Agreement that is completely illegal and not receiving any response by any staff members regarding my request for a refund. This appears to be a scam. My computer was repeatedly hacked during the course and I believe this company is pretending to train people in coding in order to hack their or their potential employers systems.

I have been paying off a class in monthly payments of $85.94 in an agreed upon payment plan. Part of that agreement is that at any time, if you can pay the full remainder of the balance at once, they will reduce that balance by 10%. On Dec 15, I tried to initiate this transaction via the email and phone number provided on each receipt of my monthly payments. My remaining balance at the time was $859, or about $773 after a 10% discount. No one responded (the voicemail of the number provided says "this is *****," so it's unclear if it's a company line) and on December 27th my card was charged the usual monthly $85.94. I then followed up a few more times, and now after not hearing back from anyone I have doubts whether they are still even in business. Just today, Jan 27th, my card was again charged the monthly $85.94. There seems to be no avenue for updating the payment plan or method and I worry they will simply continue to charge me.

We believe that this issue has been resolved amicably with the customer.

Customer's complaint was that she did not hear back within a reasonable time after requesting a billing adjustment of 10% off if paying her remaining balance as a lump sum.

We have sent customer an email showing that we have made the requested billing adjustment, dating the 10% discount back to the balance as of the date that she requested the lump sum discount. The customer has responded to us that yes, she wants to make a payment according to the terms set forth in that email correspondence. We have made a payment link available to the customer to make that payment.

We have also apologized to the customer for the delay and for her understandable frustration as her request was apparently missed for some time due to the departure from the company of the person to whom she sent the initial email request.
