Warranty is a joke and they don't like to honor their agreement. I was told to get an inspection on the tire and email pictures of the damage tire with the inspection slip, which I did. Then I was told to purchase another tire off the tirebuyer.com website and they would refund my money once tire was returned with the original and previous installment. All documentation was mailed from **** The agent **** tells me they got the tire but no documentation, which is a lie because I applied the documentation underneath the *** tracking label in a envelope and plastic seal just in case it rained. I need my refund back now or I will take this higher. Do not offer something and not honor it. It's been over 30 days since the tire was returned. I truly wish it was a zero button and your agent is very rude and has no respect. I will never purchase anything else for you people and again refund me my money!Review from Brian S

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought tires from them with the understanding that was clearly written in an email that I would receive a prepaid gift card for tire installation so to save time I went ahead and just paid out of pocket for install but I never received the card. I have communicated with them several times and have been told my claim has be approved however it's been 4 weeks and still nothing. In other words I'm out $100.00 and they could care less. Your better off just going to ******* instead of these crooks.Review from Benjamin C R

They do not deserve one star. I been buying from these guys for 18 years no issues . Never had a bad tire from these guys. Now I got some nitto 22 for two trucks . Total of eight tires and they are not luxury. They are s*** Loud a** f*** and tire buyer will not warranty the tires . They are labeled as luxury ********. They vibrate the s*** out of you at 40. No support and will never deal with tire buyer again.

Hi ********,We do not provide the warranty for any of our tires, since the warranties are processed through the tire manufacturer, and in this case it would be Nitto. I see you started a warranty claim almost 11 months later on 01/15/2024, and it was for tires purchased on 02/17/2023. ******************* from our warranty department was handling this matter by contacting ***** and yourself, and Nitto only processes the warranty for the tires through the first 1/32nd for vibration or out of round of your tires or whichever comes first, but that does not apply to your tire issue. The do not have warranty coverage for your noise complaint, and you were advised of that over the recorded phone call of 03/14/2024. Even though ***** did not offer you any customer satisfaction, we offered you a $200.00 as a customer satisfaction, and you refused it on the phone call.That offer still stands, and you can contact ******************* if you are interested in obtaining it.Have a nice rest of your day.Tirebuyer Response

Tracking number I received showed just that a tracking number was given and no movement until the day before or day of delivery. This made it difficult to make an appointment for installation as I had no clue when my tires would arrive. The system needs to be updated.
