I signed my lease with a move in date of May 10th 2023, at ****** at the trail. As I was moving state line the documentation was done online and payment was sent ahead of time.When I entered my apartment, the front door lock was not working, the dish washer was not working, the ice box was not working, the shower head was leaking, and there was a very distinct smell in the apartment, I asked what the smell was and was formed it was because it was humid here and to continue to keep their Air condition on, therefore I continued to put the Air condition on during the summer months.In Late October, I stopped using the Air condition as it was entering the winter months, and notice the distinct smell come back, I could not figure out what the smell was, then one day as I was doing laundry and the smell is very strong, I looked behind the washer and dryer and the wall was black full of mold I was shocked, as all this time it was the mold smell, I put in a maintenance request on November 3rd to get the mold fixed, the Maintenance came in November 10th to fix the mold and left fans on for 24 hours ( it literally looked like they just painted over the mold as their fix). They picked up the fans the next day.December, the mold was back and I put in another request, and continued to put in request, however when I would go into the account to check the statutes of the request, they would be deleted nonexistence. I would call and leave messages for management and non would ever be returned, and when I would go to talk the management, they were never available and never responded. I provided a 30-day notice on April 8th 2024, as lease ends May 9th 2024, I am happy to pay owed balance from May 1st - May 9th 2024. I do not agree with the reletting balance from 5/7/2024 6/2/2024. I would like to resolve the matter, be taken out of collections. I am willing to pay what I owe from 5/1/2024 - 5/9/2024.
