Do not hire this company to do home improvements. On 6/27/24 we hired *************************** to renovate our entire home. When he came to give us a quote he said he had a crew for this and a crew for that. A crew for inside and a crew for outside and so on. He told us that this is one of the biggest investments you will make to your home and he wanted to make our dreams come true. But now we have a nightmare we have to deal with. He said we could give him 25% when the contract was signed and the other 25% the day they started. We gave him the whole amount before he started the work because he asked us for it. He started on 7/11 and they didn't even do 1/2 of downstairs and he was looking for more money on 7/29. Another 25%. It's hard for me to explain everything here because it's emotionally bothering me to even talk about this situation. I'm crying right now. My husband and I are extremely upset over the entire situation. In the contract it did say another 25% due after 3 weeks but he started on a Thursday and asked for more money on Monday the 29th. Well 1st Thursday of that would have been the end of week 3 and on Monday we told him we were not going to give him anymore money until we seen more progress downstairs. Let's just say he was looking for more money again this past Friday and the downstairs isn't even halfway done. We said no and he said he didn't think that he was the right contractor for us. We told him that we wanted an itemized bill with Labor and materials and then we wanted the rest of our money back. He then said talk to my Lawyer. And I have everything on text messages. He never stuck to a schedule. He let me know himself or someone would be here at such and such time and they never came or the worker he said that would be here several times she didn't come. There is so much more I want to say but it truly is too much to write.
