      I ask **** to remove some hinges on the roof but I insisted that he would have to brace the roof where the hinges were removed and he assured me he would but he did not and ******* is sagging at those spots Ive had another contractor look at it and they want ******** to fix what storm damage construction did not do I have reached out to **** but have gotten no reply can you please help **** just want ******* fixed correctly.

      We are working on a solution. We were asked to remove the brackets that are in the picture. However we did not agree to re brace the roof from the attic or on the plywood. That was not a part of our agreement that was signed. I am going to the house next week to take a look.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      We did talk about the company securing the plywood where the hinges were removed and furthermore his workers new they had to secure the plywood as they used pieces of wood to rig it up, that was not correctly done.

      ********************* asked us during the replacement process to remove brackets from the wood decking because he didnt like how it made his previous shingles look. It made them stick up and not look level. We had already signed a contractual agreement to replace the roof and this was not in writing or agreed upon. What he was asking us to do by removing the brackets we could do. However asking us to re brace the roof from **************** is not a service we offer or have any experience doing so we did not agree to do that. If a service is asked of us that we do not do then we decline. We will not say yes. There is no documentation stating we would re brace the roof. If that was agreed upon we would have re submitted a new agreement for signatures.
