Eyebrow studio destroyed my eyebrows. Before leaving we rescheduled to 'fix' them. 3 hours later she rescheduled, then made the statement "I ordered this stuff off the internet the mail says it'll be delivered today. I'll let you know if it comes." By 2pm I scheduled someone else to help fix which Lush Libre agreed to cover. I completed the first session and sent her bill and told her I had another session in June to continue so I asked for a refund. She still owes me $250 for the service NOT provided satisfactory. She said something about 150 coming back to me but not the full 250 due to running costs and losing client time. She then said that I signed some legal binding document to that effect. I reminded her that her customers were not responsible for her running costs, especially if they've permanently disfigured her face. I was blocked on both personal and professional pages. I've since had 1 session of tattoo removal it only took about 1/3. I'm in so much pain about to go to the emergency room and I can't even message the original TATTOO ARTIST because I'm blocked.
