    The salon had me schedule an eyelash appointment which lasted for 2 hours and the girl said would have a full set but ripped me off for $200 though was told by the owner whom have spent $1000's with since 2012 that she would fix the issue,suddenly got an email terminating me as a guest! I was told "am not a good candidate for the procedure" I was incredibly shocked and requested an immediate refund but no response has been given nor any other information to rectify the situation and make things right.

    I have been going to Wild Olive for almost 3 years now. I went in this past Friday for a simple all over color and haircut. I have been seeing the same stylist ****** for the past year. We looked at color swatches and chose the best brown hair dye for my hair. Well turns out the Owner ********************* doesnt properly stock the back with the colors/supplies the stylist need!! I know this because ****** herself told me this. She said she had to go into the fact to mix together a formula to hope to match the color I chose. Well this has turned into quite a disaster. ****** did NOT formulate correctly and I ended up with red hair!! Well she tried to tone the red hair she gave me and was unsuccessful. I emailed pictures that evening asking for help. I had black hair at my ends and red hair at my roots. I returned to the salon the following day for another 5 plus hours at the salon trying to fix the disaster ****** had done to my hair. Nothing would cover this RED she dyed my hair. I was told my ****** my stylist that the only way to cover the red was to dye my hair jet black. I was devastated. I know have over processed hair from her dying and toning my hair 5 times in 24 hours. My scalp is full of blisters/bumps and rashes from the chemicals. Ive asked 3 times for a refund, which I have been denied. It is not my fault the owner **** and Manager ***** cant stock the back with products/hair dye. If the color I chose wasnt available in the back ****** should of been up front and honest with me instead of mixing some sort of concoction in hopes it would come out as brown. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Its 6 days last and still have a scalp rash/ burn. I would never in my life recommend this salon! Unfortunately I know have to live with the fact I have jet black hair that feels like straw/*** and is falling out of my head due too being over processed. Please beware and choose wisely before booking an appointment here at Wild Olive Salon.
