I have been waiting for a call from.yhe story manager regarding my issue it's been 2 months since then I guess I will just ha e to show up again and this time not leave until thay speak to me I have had my stove for almost a year now and ******* won't fix it and you say it's their problem well sine ci purchased it from you it's now your problem you say your maintenance team does repairs but they have yet to try to contact me about it I guess you think because you have a part in all the furniture stores in town don't think that I will just go to another stop and make a purchased you use to be a great company now your just garbage

This customer had service on his ******* range by a servicer that was dispatched by ******* on 9/6/23. The servicer told the customer that he would replace the control board but he had to get his home treated for insect infestation. The part was on backorder and part replaced on 9/26/23. Per the servicer, customer still had infestation and was told that this was a one time repair. Just a little over a month the part failed again due to the same infestation. The second servicer reported the infestation to ******* who denied any future repairs under manufactures warranty. The customer was told by the service department (******) that if he wanted his range repaired that he would have to pay for the part and service.Review from LaDee P

NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM FURNITURE FAIR! I bought a lift chair because I knew I was going to have surgery and I would need the chair. In April 2023 I called FF because the chair reclined back a foot and the foot rest came up half way and the chair died! I filed a claim through FF and Protect All, the company that supposedly does repair work for ****** is now June 15, 2023 and I still don't have a working chair. All I get is the runaround. The manager at ************** store promised me he would check into the problem and get back to me. That was May 31. Still have no answer from the manager. They waited 2 months to order the part and now tell me I have to wait 4-6 weeks for the part to show up. This whole situation has me frustrated and upset. My surgery is in 6 days. I NEED MY CHAIR!!!!! (The one star I had to choose to submit this was way more than they deserve).
