              this gym in terms of vibe, and cleanliness and also equipment. were par.But when it came to customer service this place was the worst. very poor attitude when it comes to customers. I also went to cancel my membership and they have a system for you to jump around hoops to cancel membership. After I proceeded to cancel my membership. From what i thought was successful turns out was not and have been charged for months of a membership I had not used. I proceeded to call this gym for answers and received answer of. Ohhh were sorry if you didn't cancel you have to pay.? For one I went to front desk and stated I cancel! Shouldn't that be enough. Secondly, I went through there wacky system to cancel apparently it was unsuccessful. Why is it so difficult to take care of something so simple. You are allotted I believe 3 guest a year or you have to pay. This is a gym where the owners only interest is to nickle and dime every customer. Do not let the aesthetic look of this place fool you. This is a terrible place to become a member. If you want to waste your money and let this gym steal from you from these continuous charges. To each there own
