      Been trying to get my heater fixed from this company since February. They told my 2-10 home warranty after months waiting for part to fix it . They received part and never came out but told my home warranty they fixed it. They stole my part and my home warranty money. And are not returning our calls. Very unprofessional company and theft of property and money.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/19) */ Contact Name and Title: ******* *****, OWNER Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ******************* ON FEB 16 I, OWNER OF COMPANY, CAME OUT FOR WORK ORDER AND DIAGNOSED THE SYSTEM'S PROBLEM. I FOUND OUT THE BOARD AND SENSOR HAVE GONE BAD. AS PROCEDURE, I PUT IN THE REQUEST FOR HOME WARRANTY TO ORDER THE PART BECAUSE THE STORE IN WILMINGTON, NC THAT USUALLY CARRIES THE PARTS NEEDED WERE IN BACKORDER. THE HOME WARRANTY RECEIVED THE REQUEST TO ORDER AND SEND THE PART TO MY ADDRESS. I RECEIVED 2ND WORK ORDER IN JULY I WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM THE SAME DAY THAT PERTAINED TO 2ND WORK ORDER. I LET THE HOMEOWNER KNOW THAT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PART FOR 1ST WORK ORDER, AND THE WORK ORDER IS STILL OPEN UNTIL I RECEIVE THE PART. ONCE PART WOULD BE DELIVERED, I WOULD CALL THEM TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I TALK TO THE HOMEOWNER FEW WEEKS LATER INFORMING THEM I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PARTS. THEN ON OCT 18 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HOMEOWNER. I COULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE I WAS HELPING A CUSTOMER. SOON AS I HAD FREE TIME I RETURN THEIR CALL AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE WORK ORDER. I INFORMED THEM I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE THE PART FOR 1ST WORK ORDER, AND THEY SAID THEY SPOKE TO THE HOME WARRANTY AND HOME WARRANTY TOLD THEM I COMPLETED THE WORK. I UPDATED THE CUSTOMER THAT ISN'T TRUE BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PART NEEDED AND IF I DID RECEIVED I WOULD CALL THEM TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE THE WORK ORDER AS PROCEDURE DONE WITH PRIOR HOMEOWNERS WITH THE HOME WARRANTY. THE HOMEOWNERS PUT IN A REVIEW WITH ****** AND BBB ACCUSING ME OF THEFT FROM HOME WARRANTY AND THEM. 1ST WORK ORDER STILL REFLECTS OPEN THROUGH HOME WARRANTY. I SENT PICTURE TO HOME OWNERS AS PROOF OF WORK ORDER STILL PENDING OPEN UNTIL PARTS ARE RECEIVED. UNABLE TO RESOLVE UNTIL PARTS ARE RECEIVED FOR REPAIR. ******* ***** GFL Heating & Cooling and G Maint ************** *******************
