I am a Contractor and brought my consumer to the home outlet in ************, **. on 9/29/22. End up buying $10,937.23 order #*******. Mr. ********* was the sales man. I had giving him the measurements and a drawing of the space that I needed cabinets for. The cabinets came in and they were wrong. I had cabinets that did not belong and also missing four cabinets. On 11/3/22 when back to the store. Bringing back the wrong cabinets. Asked to see the layout he had done to see why the confusion and he stated that he did not do one. I told him I had a dead line on this job. He proceded to receive the cabinets and order the ones that were missing. Another $421.58. It took for ever to bring in the cabinets. One of the cabinets came damage. I had to return it and again wait for them to reorder it. On 12/7 I had to revisit the store to order nine handles that were missing and had to pay $70.30. Several of the cabinets were loose and I nailed them together and some were damaged with scratches and I still used them. At this point I had damaged a door. I ask them to sell me the door. They told me I had to pay for the hole cabinet. I could not believe it. After I left the store they contacted the client to try to sell her that cabinet that I had damaged. I contacted the company of the cabinets. The company was willing to give me the door at no extra charge. They only needed the order number. I went in to the store to get the order number and told them what it was for. When I called the cabinet company they told me they were called and that they could no longer give me the door. That I had to deal with Home outlet. Why treat a customer like this. They also did not want to give me the touch up kit that we had paid for after telling them several times. The store is one ***** way from the job. I had to bringing the cabinets that were damaged and wrongfully ordered by his incompetence. I have dealt with several company for cabinets and never have been treated like this.
