    DO NOT HIRE ******. He has two companies that I know of, Trexx and ****** *********** *** ************. He started work on our job of two bathroom remodels in October 2022. I was contractually guaranteed Dec 8 of completion. He told me verbally he would be done by Nov 19. It is still not done, and he will not return my texts, phone calls, or the items I paid for that he refuses to install. I have two of three sinks that don't work, because if I turn them on, they leak down into my kitchen. Leaking shower heads. Poor tile work that was not grouted correctly. Poor electrical work that he promised to send an electrician to fix, but as you can expect, he hasn't. His own employees say I should take him to court, and ****** apparently hasn't paid them either (I have no proof to that affect). That is our next step. I am in this job 36K and it isn't complete. He put 4 holes in my downstairs ceiling because his plumbing was so poor, simply turning on the tub or sink leaks into my kitchen below. I now have those 4 eye sores with radio silence from ****** to rectify it. He made a mess of my yard, used my tools without asking, washed his paint using my hose into my yard, left screws in the driveway, used my shovel to mix grout without rinsing it so now I have grout dried on my tools. Spilled oil in my garage and didn't clean it up. He got me, and he will get you. He blames part of the job on the fact that "shipping" is behind and he can't replace what he can't get. The simple and most obvious solution to this would be to test the materials when you get them. He waited until the "final walk through" to pretend he didn't know he installed faulty equipment despite having the parts for two months sitting in my garage before he even took them out of the box. I took him and his workers Thanksgiving dinner. I bought them lunch. ****** took advantage of me and my family. Do not trust ******, Trexx, or Empire. I have given him so many chances to fix this.

    I don't mean to sound mean but there are some things ****** can work on. As a client, this is my feedback. The tile guy, electricians, and demo guy I rate 5/5. ****** 1/5. I told ****** that I cannot go over 20 at all. We agreed. I was skeptical about keeping my vanity but ultimately kept it. Somehow, that came over 20k. The receipt doesnt make sense. He made changes without talking to me about it. I asked for a specific shower fixture and he picked out what he wanted instead. I picked out a certain sink fixture and he chose what he wanted instead. I told him I don't want quartz counter top as my make-up vanity but he said no and that this would look better. I picked out a certain toilet and picked out what he wanted again. The only thing we both agreed on is the flooring, shower tiling, painting, and floating vanity. He also took away so much storage and tried to replace it with 2 super small shelving. I told him he can keep the shelving so he took off $200. I barely have anywhere to put all my stuff now. If he doesn't like what you ask for, he ignores you. He doesn't communicate with you well. He will tell his employees to show up without letting me know most of the time, so I learned to adjust to his timings. He talks poorly about his employees behind their backs but the initial meet before the project starts, he talks like they are well trained professionals. He has inappropriate conversations about his love life. He kept trying to convince me to wire him money instead of sending it to his professional acct and claimed something was wrong with it. I told him my bank was skeptical and was going to flag it, and then all of a sudden his acct works perfectly. The bathroom was suppose to take 1 week. It took them 3.5 weeks because some things he forgot to order and then I had to keep calling them back to fix a lot of their mistakes. He's not upfront about the whole project. He tore up my wall and said that would be a whole new cost and tried to cover it up.
