      We dropped our boat off in April of 2021 for the new owner, ******, to replace the EMM. The boat sat for four months before we were told the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned, but they couldn’t do it. They sent these to Florida to get ‘cleaned’. A year later, they get everything g back and they take the boat out for a test drive. We then get a call that while on the water, the lower unit “took a crap on itself”. We then wait many months this for that to be repaired. We call, we stop many at least a dozen times, but ****** is never available. Meanwhile, our boat is sitting outside collecting mold and dirt. SIXTEEN MONTHS LATER, we finally go to the shop and although we are told ****** isn’t available, we insist on waiting in the shop u tip he is available. When we finally speak, he tells us that he was waiting to get paid for the first half of the job before he would start the second half (that they caused). We were never told this, and frankly have a problem paying for a partial job! He now refused to fix the boat unless we pay him most up front, Siri g that it has sat for so long! It say because he would never update us, dodged our calls and visits, until we refused to leave without an answer on why he had held out protests for 16 Months. ****** is the new owner here, and frankly was too busy running for ** ***** ************** to run his business properly. We will be going to court over this!

      This information is not accurate. Should the work order, customer signature and records be required to be removed I will submit. The customer owed money for work done. We requested payment prior to starting additional work. Customer declined to pay so we declined further work.

      We brought our boat to Tideline Marine 10 weeks ago for repairs. They did not touch our boat. We told them what was wrong with it (that it had a leak in the lower unit) and what we wanted fixed (we wanted our lower unit resealed). We knew what was wrong but didn’t want to mess with it- we had a lot of other things going on that we needed to devote our attention to and thought that we would take it to a local, reputable shop. Unbeknownst to us- it is now under new ownership and they are in way over their heads. Fast forward 9 weeks- we stopped by Tideline on our way into town to check on the status of our boat since we were told that it would be 2-4 weeks. The Co-Owner, *****, approached us and said that "they are awful at communicating" and that they were working on that aspect of the business. She was unable to answer any questions that we had in regards to our boat and that "parts had been ordered." After realizing that what she had said to us was not adding up- I called back asking to speak to the service manager. I was told that I would get a call back from him but did not. Instead it was another call from ***** who had nothing new to report other than "oh- it's the seals that were ordered." No date of when they were ordered or when they would arrive. I said ok- I still would like to speak with the service manager (still not knowing she was in the managerial staff) to find out where we are at. We decided that we were tired of waiting and would do the work ourselves so that we could get our boat on the water this summer. Told them to release the boat to us and ***** came out and informed us that work had been done on the boat and that she was not going to be releasing the boat to us without payment. We had been told twice now that our boat was not worked on and parts were ordered. Cops were called and we ended up paying for work that was not done and our motor given to us in pieces as they tore it down while waiting for the cops so we would have to pay them. 0/5

      Everyone knows there were parts issues due to COVID. Our phone records indicate we kept you abreast during this time. If it was as bad as you stated, law enforcement was involved, and you still ended up paying, clearly there was no fault to the business or it would have gone to court.
