I started my membership with Massage Envy late June. I didn't have an issue to get a massage to start my membership. They talked me into getting a membership which I thought was convenient since I get a massage every other week to ease my pain. Or at least that was the intent. The second month, I was unable to get a massage because it was completely booked so I utilized my membership for a different service so I wouldn't lose my money. I called to make an appointment since I couldn't find anything online. It was the middle of the month and I was trying to get an appointment for the following month (September) everything was already booked. I then called to try to cancel my membership and they said I would have to call the beginning of the month (month prior) to the make an appointment for the following month. I'm active duty military and I don't know my schedule two months in advance. I then asked for a refund and to cancel my membership but the manager never called me back to assist
