Nov 16 I traded my vehicle in and contacted dealer to receive my warranty money back and got the run around about it and my wife has sent all documentation that where asked for and **** finance manger got real ugly with me on the phone yesterday about it and said he would resubmit paper work before rudely hanging up and the wife got a email probably 30 minutes later saying we will receive $353.23 back which is false I have contacted extended warranty place 3 times and they have told me I should be getting back $1600 because that is what they are sending the dealership check for so the dealer ship is trying to keep the money I have not received my cancellation paper work to fill out that I have asked for numerous of times that is required to be signed by my wife according to extended warranty company but **** saying there gonna send a check for that amount and will not answer his phone nor will the general manager of the dealership I have contacted another dealership and asked to see if Im in the wrong and they said no the dealer is definitely doing something sketchy and I need to contact some one about it and stay on top of the dealer
