In October of 2022, I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot from ********************* at National Dodge of ************. Unfortunately, instead of leaving in my newly acquired Jeep, I went home in a loaner. **** advised me that during a routine clean of the vehicle, employees in the detail department had pressure washed under the hood, causing some of the coils to become wet, causing issues with the throttle body.I have had the Jeep in the service department 5 times so far. I have asked to be switched into another vehicle one that is reliable, and they will not do that the only thing they will do is put it back in the shop as of today May 26th, 2023, I and still in a loaner.Initial Complaint

Car was in accident on car fax report resulted in loss of Trade in sell value of $2,500! They never told me that that car was in an accident!! I feel they defrauded me. I finally sold the car but at a loss!! The fact it was reported on car fax I couldn’t get it off or corrected! So they gave me a lot less than what I wanted and believe it was worth. Vehicles similar with 40 and 60,000 mile were going for $30,000 and up! Mine had 4,000 miles and I took a big loss due to this non disclosure! They should have been duty bound and upfront about this issue!
