I honestly used to LOVE Anytime Billiard. I'm not sure if they're under new management, or if it was just a new "manager" tonight, but the disrespect was WILD. I paid for quite a few songs on TouchTunes plenty before close, and then the "manager" unplugged the machine right before 2. If you're now closing, fine, I get that.. (*note here that no last call or closing announcement was ever made, so if you didn't have your cell glued to your hand or ask someone, you wouldn't have known it was closing*) but my fiancé went over to ask the "manager" very nicely how that gets handled.. do we get reimbursed for what we just wasted money on, or what? Just inquiry, no yelling. It wasn't the money I was upset about, it's an that followed. The "manager" responded, that's the way it works (*that we're just SOL on the money back*), and to basically f*** off and get out. Then, proceeded to have multiple men not only escort, but try to intimidate and threaten my fiancé out the building as he was already leaving, though we hadn't caused the disturbance in the bar.
Once we were ALREADY OUTSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT, some skinny girl who I'm not even sure worked there, came charging at me from inside the closed bar, and the bouncer (I assume he was the actual bouncer) blocked the door so she could not come out of the bar to attack me. So, blatant disrespect from "manager", horrible end of night business practice, and unnecessary threats/attempted assault.
So, after being forced out, we had to have our ride go inside to get an expensive jacket back, in which she spent a few minutes walking around with the waitress, who pretended to be clueless to it all. Once it was mentioned how much the jacket cost, it was suddenly and magically found, immediately... in the garbage can.. (we hadn't been out of the building even 5 mins). So the jacket is now ruined with beer and food stains. Oh, and let's not forget, they were very happy to lie to the police when they arrived, and told them that they said all we had to was wait until close (it was already now close by this point!) and we could have gotten the money back... WHY THE **** WOULD WE BE CALLING THE POLICE if we could have gotten the money back?! We would have happily waited, gotten our money, and left, still with having a great time and ending the night best. But no. And don't expect the jpd blue boys to help either, because one made it clear they're "very familiar" with the "manager", and will also just hang up on you, because it's not an important issue to at least that officer in particular, for you to be threatened apparently. The icing on the cake is when THEIR (the cop who hung up on me) superior officer, who didn't even hear the call with myself and his officer at all, tried to tell me what he's "sure his officer meant" (the officer who got half my statement on the phone, told me "you're drunk" and straight hung up!!!) Believe you me, I was far from drunk, and the superior officer really had the audacity to talk to me like I was stupid, and that that just couldn't have been exactly what happened. NEWS FLASH GUY, IT'S ON YOUR POLICE RECORDING!!!! Which will also replay how many times he cut me off to try and justify his officer's action, while simultaneously downplaying my entire situation. Really sucks because this place used to be awesome.

PS- I put quotation marks around the word manager because when I asked for the HEAD manager's number, the owner, to call them tomorrow, I was told by the front staff, "we have like 14 managers".. no the **** you don't, sorry. Assistants managers, shift leads, sure, but only one person is THE lead. We will NOT be returning unless they come under new management, and I'll be sure to let everyone know to avoid this place too. Just, wow...
