I am writing to file a formal complaint against Realty World Today regarding unjust practices related to my recent tenancy. My security deposit has been withheld, and false charges have been imposed upon me.Realty World Today wrongfully withheld my entire security deposit, citing tenant move-out repairs, a move-out cleaning fee, failure to provide a 30-day notice, and charges for yard work. However, I have provided evidence to refute these claims.During the move-in inspection, I documented the pre-existing damages and wear and tear in the property. These were inaccurately categorized as tenant move-out repairs, resulting in the withholding of my security deposit. Despite presenting the supporting documentation, Realty World Today has failed to address my concerns.Furthermore, I left the house in impeccable condition, yet a move-out cleaning fee was charged. The carpets were professionally cleaned, and the entire house was spotless. This charge is unwarranted and indicates a pattern of taking advantage of tenants during the move-out process.Realty World Today falsely alleges that I did not provide a 30-day notice. However, I possess concrete evidence of timely submission. Charging me for time I did not occupy the property is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate rectification of this erroneous charge.Moreover, I am being charged for yard work supposedly related to overgrown conditions. Yet, I have photographic evidence proving that the wooded area in question was never maintained during my tenancy. This charge appears baseless and exploitative.Numerous online reviews reveal similar issues with Realty World Today. False accusations, security deposit withholdings, and unjust charges seem to be recurring problems. These concerns raise doubts about their integrity and professionalism.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into these practices by Realty World Today.Business response

Upon reviewing their response, it is evident that the evidence they provided does not support the charges they have imposed. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to carefully review the attachments I have provided, as they clearly contradict the claims made by **************** company.
The attached evidence, including photographs and documents, directly disproves **************** company's assertions and highlights the inaccuracies in their statements. I urge the Better Business Bureau to thoroughly examine the supporting materials to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation at hand.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request your continued assistance in resolving this dispute. Your impartial assessment of the evidence will greatly contribute to achieving a fair and just resolution.
